Well, it comes from having started so late in the game! It’s also because I started out with the goal of being a developer of accessible web sites – and everything I read said that web standards and tableless layouts were the way to go – so I learned ‘em!

This isn’t to say I’ve never worked on table-based designs: but I haven’t been responsible for them.
