I’ve written several times before about Mojeek, and recently put into action one of the rather interesting options they offer – the personal search.

What I’ve created is a search which is limited to the blogs and forums listed in my blogroll. I created it mostly for myself – as a great way to quickly search for things I remember reading recently but can’t remember where…but it also occurred to me that I might as well make it available to others.

Mojeek still suffers from the problems I discussed earlier – a slow crawler and relatively small index, most notably, but I’m trying this out and we’ll see what happens.

I’m sure there are other ways of accomplishing a selected site search, but this was so easy I couldn’t resist!
