So, I’m now on WordPress. I’m not really prepared for this: when I tried to import my Blogger content into WordPress, my Blogger pages became corrupted (not the data source, thankfully)…so I had to do some serious fiddling around and eventually decided to just go ahead and get myself WordPressed today.
A lot of things are still missing: I’ve got hundreds of redirects to write (can’t do it automatically, since I’ve elected to use a radically different URL scheme), and I’ve got to make certain the site works right…
Nonetheless, for your information, Blogger is a thing of the past.
When you read this, please consider commenting – if for no other reason than to let me know that I changed my Feedburner and other feed settings correctly!
Well done, Joe. I’ve got to bite the bullet some time soon and move my remaining blog on Blogger to WordPress. Your move has encouraged me to start planning my move. Thanks – I needed that.

Thanks, Barry – it’s a relief to know that works! I’ve been “planning” this change for months…in the sense that I’ve been dreading the knowledge that I needed to do it, rather than in the sense that I’d actually made any preparations!
Good luck!

Hi Joe,
I subscribed in Bloglines to this URL for your feed: http://www.interdigitalstrategies.com/feed/atom.xml
I don’t know if I should be using that one, or another one, but your new posts did show up. I also got some trackbacks on a couple of older posts earlier today, so that seems to be working, too.
Looks great.

Since it worked, it should be fine – I’ve redirected queries for that URL to Feedburner. You can also change over to http://feeds.feedburner.com/InterdigitalStrategies/ if you wish – but since it’s working, I wouldn’t worry about it.
Thanks, Bill!
